Lucinda
About 20kms out of Ingham is Lucinda. The jetty here looks out at Hinchinbrook Island. I'm told (by an optomistic source) that the fishing would "probably be pretty good here" so we're staying a couple of nights on the way up to Cairns. The jetty's about 6kms long!

Cowboys v Storm
Went to the gym the other day and had to share the equipment with a bunch of big lumpy guys - turns out it was the Melbourne Storm!
Went to the Cowboys - Storm game here in Townsville. The atmosphere was great - shame about the score....... Storm won 58 - 12...

Red Barron..
This is the plane that was used in the 'Phantom' movie.... one of the locals own it now - you can go out for joy flights in it.
